My Background

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Over the course of my career, I've worked with leaders across a variety of industries to strengthen self-awareness, communication, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.

My coaching approach combines evidence-based leadership development, behavioral science, cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and practical workplace application to help leaders become more intentional and effective.
